We require the Android signing keys from your previous app builder to ensure a smooth transition.
If these keys are not available, we can assist in resetting them, although this may extend the transition period.
Banners & Promotions:
Implement banners within the old app to inform users about the migration to the new app with enhanced features. These banners can be linked to the App store/Play store
Consider offering incentives such as discounts or special offers to encourage users to transition.
Send regular push notifications to users of the previous app version, encouraging them to update to the new version.
