What is the Klaviyo Integration?
The Klaviyo integration is a powerful bridge between your Appbrew mobile app and your Klaviyo marketing dashboard. It allows you to treat your app as a high-conversion marketing channel, just like your website.
By installing the Klaviyo Mobile SDK (Software Development Kit) directly into your app’s code, we ensure that every action a customer takes—from browsing a product to adding it to their cart—is instantly synced with their Klaviyo profile.

Personalized Push Notifications: Send targeted messages (like "Back in Stock" or "Price Drop" alerts) directly to a user's lock screen. Push notifications have significantly higher open rates than emails.
Recover Abandoned Carts: If a user adds an item to their cart in the app but doesn't check out, you can trigger an automated push notification or email to bring them back.

How does it work?
Once enabled, the integration works silently in the background through four core functions:
Identity Sync: As soon as a user logs in or enters their email in the app, we "Identify" them. This links their mobile device to their existing Klaviyo profile.
Event Tracking: The app "emits" data signals for key behaviors. When a user performs an action, Klaviyo records it in real-time.
Token Registration: To send push notifications, the app securely shares a "Push Token" (a unique digital key for that specific phone) with Klaviyo.
Revenue Attribution: When a user buys something after clicking an app notification, Klaviyo attributes that sale to the specific campaign, allowing you to see your exact App ROI.
What events are tracked?
Out of the box, Appbrew tracks the most important e-commerce behaviors:

🚀 Getting Started Checklist
To set up your integration, the Appbrew team needs the following from your Klaviyo account:
Klaviyo dashboard access at- apps@appbrew.tech
Public API Key (Site ID): Found in your Klaviyo Settings > API Keys.
Private API Key: Needed to securely register push tokens.
App Store Credentials (for Push): We will help you set up the Apple (APNs) and Android (FCM) credentials to ensure your notifications actually land.
