2. Use the app events Appbrew sends to create segments. A list of tracked events is available at Tracked Events

Option 2: Integrating with a CRM/CDP

For more advanced segmentation and push notification capabilities, you can integrate Appbrew with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Customer Data Platform (CDP) service. These platforms typically offer more robust features for event-based and location-based targeting.

To use this option:

1. Choose a compatible CRM/CDP service (e.g., Klaviyo, WebEngage, MoEngage)

2. Contact Appbrew support to assist with the integration

3. Once integrated, you can use the CRM/CDP to send segmented push notifications based on various attributes and events
