Setting Up Abandoned Cart Push Notifications

To set up abandoned cart push notifications in your app, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your app builder dashboard.

  2. Click on the Push option in the top navigation bar.

  3. Navigate to Automated Push under the Push section.

  4. Select the Abandoned Cart option.

  5. Configure the settings according to your requirements.

  6. Click the Submit button to save your changes.

Default Notification Content

By default, the abandoned cart notification will display the message you've set in the template. The current dashboard functionality does not support showing specific cart items in the notification.

Customizing Notification Content

For more personalized notifications that include specific cart items, you'll need to use third-party Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. Some options include:

These tools allow you to include dynamic content in your notifications based on user actions, providing greater flexibility and customization options for your abandoned cart reminders.

Note: Integration with third-party CRM tools may require additional setup and configuration outside of the app builder dashboard.
