Overview
The Judge.me Reviews integration allows brands to surface product reviews directly on their app’s Product Detail Page (PDP). Once connected, brands can add a fully configurable reviews block that pulls live review data from Judge.me — giving customers access to ratings, written reviews, images, and videos without leaving the app.
What It Does
The Judge.me integration connects AppBrew to a brand’s Judge.me account and enables a native reviews block on the PDP. Brands can:
Display product reviews — Surface customer reviews, star ratings, and media directly on the product page
Enable review submission — Allow customers to write reviews directly from the app via a configurable Write a Review button
Control review card content — Choose exactly which elements appear on each review card
Customise display settings — Configure pagination style, reviews per page, default sort order, and date format to match the brand’s preferences
How to Set It Up
Step 1 — Connect the Judge.me Integration
Navigate to Integrations — Click on the More tab in the top navigation bar and go to the Integrations page.
Select Judge.me — Find and click on Judge.me from the integrations list.
Add your public token — Enter your Judge.me public token in the field provided and click Save.
Step 2 — Add the Reviews Block to the Product Page
Navigate to the Products page — Go to the design page in Studio and select the Products page from the page list.
Add the block — Click Add Block and select Judgeme Reviews from the block library.
Configure the block — Customise the block settings in the right panel:
Content Settings
Heading — Toggle on or off to show a heading above the reviews. Default heading text is Customer Reviews — editable to match your brand’s language.
Show “Write a Review” button — Toggle on to display a button that lets customers submit a review. The button text is editable (default: Write a Review).
Full-page image preview — Toggle on to allow customers to view review images in a full-page preview.
Pagination Style — Choose between Numbered (page numbers) or Load More (a single button to load additional reviews).
Reviews per page — Set the number of reviews displayed per page (default: 5).
Default sort — Set the default sort order for reviews (default: Most Recent).
Review date format — Select the date format for review timestamps (default: DD/MM/YYYY).

FAQs
What is the Judge.me Reviews integration?
It connects your Judge.me account to AppBrew, allowing you to display product reviews natively on your app’s Product Detail Page and enabling customers to submit reviews directly from the app.
What do I need to connect the integration?
You need your Judge.me public token, which can be found in your Judge.me account settings. Enter it in the integration setup screen in AppBrew Studio and click Save.
An active Judge.me “Awesome” plan on your store. In your Judge.me admin, go to Settings › Plan. Your current plan is shown at the top right of that page.
“Platform-independent widgets” turned on in your Judge.me settings. In your Judge.me admin, go to Settings › Advanced, scroll down to the “Platform-independent Review Widget” section, select “Enable platform-independent widgets,” and click Save.
Can customers write reviews directly from the app?
Yes. Enable the Show “Write a Review” button toggle in the block settings to allow customers to submit reviews from within the app. The button text is also customisable.
What elements can I show or hide on each review card?
You can individually toggle the following elements on or off: Reviewer avatar, Verified badge, Star rating, Review date, Review title, and Review images & videos.
What pagination styles are available?
You can choose between Numbered pagination (page numbers) or Load More (a single button that loads additional reviews on the same screen).
Can I control how many reviews are shown at a time?
Yes. The Reviews per page setting lets you set the number of reviews displayed per page. The default is 5.
What sort orders are available for reviews?
The default sort is set to Most Recent. Additional sort options are available from the Default sort dropdown in the block settings.
Can customers view review images in full screen?
Yes. Enable the Full-page image preview toggle to allow customers to tap on review images and view them in a full-page preview.
