We follow a clear 4‑step process to make setup painless:
Share Credentials
You provide API keys and any Bitespeed account details.
Integration Setup
Our team installs and configures the Bitespeed plugin in your Shopify store.
Testing
You review flows—opt‑in, cart recovery, broadcasts, chat—on staging or directly in production.
Launch
Finalize settings, publish the widget, and go live! Your team can create and schedule campaigns in the Bitespeed dashboard.
Timeline: Typically 5–7 working days from receipt of credentials.
Event Trigger: Shopify events (abandoned cart, new order) fire API calls to Bitespeed.
Message Delivery: Bitespeed sends WhatsApp messages via Gateway API.
Data Sync: Customer profiles and interaction data flow back into Bitespeed for reporting.
No mobile SDK or native app integration in this phase.
Two‑way ticketing workflows are not included.
Campaign creation and audience segmentation must be managed in the Bitespeed dashboard.
Analytics and campaign insights will remain within Bitespeed (not surfaced in Shopify).
