Feature Overview

The Product Reviews feature lets you showcase customer feedback and ratings directly on your product detail pages (PDPs). Reviews help build trust, improve conversion, and give shoppers insight into product quality and satisfaction from past buyers.

This feature supports integrations with several third-party review platforms such as Judge.me, Yotpo, Okendo, Stamped, and others each offering different capabilities. Depending on the integration, reviews may include star ratings, written feedback, customer photos, verified buyer badges, and more.

Troubleshooting / FAQ

Why aren’t reviews showing on my product page?

This can happen if:

• The product has no reviews yet.

• The integration is not fully set up.

• Review metafields are not set to be visible on your storefront.

Can I control what reviews are shown?

Yes. Most platforms allow you to manage visibility — publish or hide reviews from the provider's dashboard.

Can shoppers add photos in their reviews?

This depends on your review provider. Platforms like Okendo, Stamped, and Loox support image-based reviews.

Are star ratings clickable?

By default, clicking the star rating on a PDP scrolls down to the full review section. If you prefer this to be non-clickable, let us know, we can adjust it.

Can reviews appear on collection (PLP) pages?

Yes. Star ratings can be shown under each product title on collection pages. If you'd like to enable or disable this, just let our team know.

Can customers write reviews directly from the app?

Yes — but it depends on the provider.

I use Judge.me but reviews aren't loading — why?

Judge.me’s mobile API can be limited or occasionally unstable. This may cause delays or missing reviews. If this affects your experience, consider using a more app-friendly platform like Okendo or Yotpo.

Can I add a review section to a specific area of the product page?

Yes. Some merchants prefer to show reviews under sections like "Unique Benefits." Let us know where you’d like it to appear, and we’ll adjust the layout.

Is there a way to leave a review from the order history?

This feature is currently under consideration. If you're interested, let our team know — we’re tracking demand.
