Technical Requirements

Android

• We require the Android signing keys from your previous app builder to ensure a smooth transition.

• If these keys are not available, we can assist in resetting them, although this may extend the transition period.

Accelerating User Migration

Banners & Promotions:

• Implement banners within the old app to inform users about the migration to the new app with enhanced features. These banners can be linked to the App store/Play store

• Consider offering incentives such as discounts or special offers to encourage users to transition.

Push Notifications:

• Send regular push notifications to users of the previous app version, encouraging them to update to the new version.
