Overview
Block Scheduling is a visibility automation feature in AppBrew Studio that allows brands to control exactly when specific design blocks appear and disappear in their app. By setting start and end times for any block, brands can automate time-sensitive campaigns — flash sales, seasonal banners, countdown timers — without needing to manually publish themes at odd hours.
What It Does
Block Scheduling lets brands define a visibility window for a block. Once configured, the block will automatically show and hide based on the set schedule — no manual intervention required.
How to Set It Up
Navigate to the design page — Open Studio and go to the design page where the block you want to schedule is located.
Select a page and block — From the page list, select the page, then click on the specific block you want to schedule.
Open visibility settings — Click on Set when to show this block in the block settings panel.
Select schedule-based visibility — Choose Show as per schedule to enable time-based visibility for the block.
Set a start date and time — Select when you want the block to become visible in the app. The block will automatically appear at this date and time.
Set an end date and time (optional) — Optionally, select when you want the block to automatically hide. If no end time is set, the block will remain visible indefinitely after the start time.

Flash Sale Banners — Schedule a sale banner to go live at midnight on the day of a flash sale and automatically hide when the sale ends — no late-night manual publishing required.

Can I edit or cancel a scheduled block after saving?
Yes. You can go back to the block’s visibility settings to update or remove the schedule.
