Appbrew Native Wishlist
Last updated: August 11, 2025
A lightweight, built-in wishlist module provided by Appbrew.
Getting Started
The Native Wishlist in Appbrew is designed to be fast, simple, and fully integrated into the app experience without relying on external services. It stores wishlist items locally on the user's device, ensuring that selections remain even after the app is closed or restarted. Once a user logs in, their wishlist is linked to their unique user ID, which allows the data to persist across sessions on the same device.
Since the native wishlist operates without server-side APIs or third-party dependencies, it delivers a lightweight and high-performance experience, with minimal loading times. This makes it an ideal choice for stores looking to offer wishlist functionality with a streamlined setup and excellent responsiveness.
However, it does not support cross-device syncing (since it's locally stored).
Wishlist-related events are sent to Google Analytics and other CRM platforms like Klaviyo, Clevertap, and more, enabling merchants to use this data for targeted marketing and customer engagement.
