To create discounts that are only available for a customer's first purchase through the app:
Create the desired discount codes in the Appbrew dashboard.
Create a customer segment in Shopify for users who don't have the 'Appbrew Buyer' tag.
Contact Appbrew support to implement the above-created customer segment condition for your discounts. Share the Customer Segment ID
Appbrew will create a segment in Shopify for customers who don't have the 'Appbrew Buyer' tag. This segment is then used as a condition for the discount, ensuring that only users who haven't placed an order through the app can use the discount.
Important: Once this segment condition is implemented, do not make any changes to these discounts from the Appbrew dashboard until official support for this feature is added.
