1. All discounts created on Shopify dashboard and enabled for Appbrew sales channel will work in the app.

  2. All discounts created using Shopify checkout function might or might not work in the app depending on the logic of the checkout function. In the scenarios where discounts depend on any custom attribute being present in the cart then they will not work

  3. App only discounts should be configured from our dashboard

  4. Discounts enabled for the App will work on App's cart. User will have an option to apply coupons on cart or automatic offers will auto apply.

  5. We support following app only discounts -

    1. X% off on order up to Y amount - Order discount

    2. X amount off on order - Order discount

    3. X % off on certain products - Product discount

    4. X amount off on certain products - Product discount

    5. Buy X number of products at Y price - Bundle discount

  6. Some of the conditions that we can support to give discounts are listed below. These can depend on the kind of discounts you’re providing so you can go to dashboard and try these scenarios.

    1. Only if user has X number of items in the cart

    2. Only if user has reached X amount total in the cart

    3. Only if user has items from collection X in the cart

  7. In case if user is eligible for multiple discounts then the combination logic depends on ‘Allow combinations with other discounts’ field. You can turn this on to let any discount be combined to Product discount, Order discount or Shipping discount.

  8. These discounts can be scheduled, made active/inactive through dashboard as well.
